Percy Foster represented the industry on the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine’s Animal By-product Forum for over 14 years.
Percy managed for several years the European Compost Network (ECN) ABP subgroup and deals directly with the European Commission Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety (DG SANCO) on behalf of the ECN.
