Percy Foster

Consultant

Percy Foster is an environmentalist and waste management professional and has been involved in the waste sector for over twenty years.  He originally trained as environmental scientist (B Sc Hons) and developed a passion for research while doing his Masters of Science.

Percy established Foster Environmental  which provides consultancy, research, training and certification services. He has worked in Ireland, Europe and United Arab Emirates on various waste materials, waste tyres & contaminated soils.

As CEO for Cré- Composting and Anaerobic Digestion Association of Ireland from 2006 to the present, Percy has coordinated and managed the activities of the association, representing the composting and anaerobic digestion industry at Government and European level.

He is a former board member of the European Compost Network and CEO of a tyre industry association.

Lyndsey Broxton-O’Leary

Consultant

Lyndsey has over 15 years’ experience in Quality and Environmental Management systems in the area of maintenance and implementation in various industries in Ireland and Europe. Lyndsey has worked as a consultant in the waste management sector as well as working at Senior management level in a number of manufacturing companies.

Lyndsey holds an honours degree in Environmental Science and Technology from Sligo Institute of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Quality Management Lean Systems from University of Limerick. She is also an IRCA qualified Lead auditor as well as holding a black belt in Lean systems.

Ruth Robertson

Consultant

She has more than 25 years’ active experience of implementing and operating high-quality, environmental and health and safety systems in the waste industry, pharmachemical sector and manufacturing and in providing consultancy and training to a range of service and manufacturing companies.

Ruth’s experience includes working at a senior management level for many years and covers environment, health and safety, quality, business systems and communications.

Ruth’s qualifications include a First Class Honours Degree in Environmental Health, a Masters in Environmental Engineering and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Ruth has lectured on health and safety at Dublin Institute of Technology and has been appointed an executive member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Ireland East Committee. Ruth has a QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland) Level 6 certification for training delivery and evaluation.
